Following a £30m renovation, Manchester Central now offers the city’s largest purpose-built banqueting suite with a 21,000 sqm function space to cater for banquets of up to 4,000 people. Additionally, the venue also boasts a 804-seat auditorium, and has a newly-enlarged Exchange Hall which can accommodate 1,200 diners.
Manchester Central hosts a wide range of events, ranging from high-profile conferences to gala banquets, and more recently, since the renovation, has hosted the 900-person Insider Media’s North West Property Awards Dinner.
Manchester Central also hosted Downtown 2012 and received glowing feedback. Roger Jonas, the Events Manager from Downtown in Business, said, “The conference was superb. Every element went completely according to plan and we have had some great feedback. The staff at Manchester Central were fantastic and very accommodating.
